Amneties and facilities are nice, location is also outclass. Staff was very gentle and good, sometimes a bit slow. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast did not meet expectations, items were few to choose from and some were standard/not fresh. overall good experience.

Room had a smell of drainage/sewer when enter, probably from the washroom or leaked walls.

Best location to stay in Mozaffarbad

Charge 2000 extra for kids breakfastm say over 8 are adults4500 per matress

Nothing is worth it. It is not value to money

No accountability from staff, no management, staff is incompetent. I will never chose to stay there. It is a disgrace.

Ambiance of the interior of the facility was excellent. Good room facility and housekeeping services.

If you bring food from outside you have to sign a declaration form which is an inconvenience for people who want to dine out or order in takeaways.

The views from the room was amazing

The bedsheet was dirty so i called the reception to change the bedsheets but still the bedsheet was dirty

The atmosphere of the hotel, the ambiance, the staff everything is upto the mark, especially the staff behaviour(hasnain, shoiab, Asad), they made oure stay more comfortable and leisure.

There is no SPA, suana, swimming pool etc,That should be start with immediate effect

Loved it! It was so comfortable, clean, properly ventilated and a well maintained hotel. The food choices were great and it always arrived fresh. The staff are also very kind and always try to be helpful. Will surely visit again and recommend it to anyone visiting Muzaffarabad.

A separation wall between balconies would great for privacy.

Best thing about PC Muzaffarabad apart from its location and ambience is the staff. Very professional, welcoming and helpful always enjoy the hospitality and this time it’s no different highly recommended.

The location was ideal and secluded. The rooms were comfortable and had a good view.

The facilities were not good nothing for kids to enjoy. The little playing facilities they had were chargeable. The rooms itself were expensive but the facilities were chargeable like the bouncy castle. Who charges for a bouncy castle? Pearl Continental is losing its reputation rapidly. There’s not enough for the kids to do and the little they have was chargeable. Not good if you’re traveling with kids. The food was ok not great and definitely not value for money.

Breathtaking views and the incredibly helpful staff From the moment I stepped into my room, I was captivated by the panorama with sniw capped mountains, rolling hills and gushing river.Beyond the stunning scenery, the staff were exceptional and humble. Every interaction was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to assist.

I wish I had more time there. Also it was expensive but I found it worthwhile.

Breakfast was just avaerage. Room was noisy. uncooperative staff. Untarined check in staff.

Room had a noise coming from side room which i guess was some sort of machine or boiler room, which kept me awake. On compalint ,they did not do anything. I guess they knew the issue.Secodly they charge my credit card at check in with extra Rs 3750 as security for any incidental expenses. They said it will be refunded on check out. But when i checked out they did not refund immediately , and wanted me to wait 15 days for refund. This is not normal for hotels to hold on to funds. I am still waiting for refund.

Overall, I liked the room, the facilities, the area around the hotel, beautiful scenic views. The food was good at the buffet but not a lot of varieties, just mainly non-veg.

Only one thing I did not like was after checking out if I need a cab it will be available after 2 hours or so. And if you have to leave early you have no other option to walk with your luggage all the way down the hill to the main road, if you did not come on your car.

A visit was overall a great experience

There was lot of rush in lawn and other open areas due to people who were not actually staying in hotel but had come from outside just for short visit and were busy in taking pictures in every corner of the hotel, causing trouble for other people wanting to use the same facility for leisure.
